The purpose of this site is to
demonstrate the user interface for a neighborhood-focused email list. This
is a demo site and can be customized for your city and its neighborhoods.
Where a Home Owners Association exists, the participating HOA would do a
"mass subscription" to enroll their email list to this service.
The officers of the HOA could then communicate to its entire membership by
simply sending an email to the neighborhood email address.

Likewise, city officials are able to communicate with individual neighborhoods, groups
of neighborhoods or all neighborhoods by sending an
email to the neighborhood email address. A key feature of the service is that individuals
are given the ability to Opt-In or Opt-Out of any list.
The service is completely turnkey and independent of the city's web
site. All end-user technical support is provided as part of the package. To demo the web interface, go to the Sign Up
